Who operates Bolsany
The website and the app are operated as Bolsany. The legal entity name is not stated here because incorporation details are still being confirmed. Contact info@bolsany.com for privacy requests. This policy is not a claim that a company registration is complete.
Waitlist
If you join the public list, we store the email address, the language you chose, the time you asked, whether you confirmed, and the version of this policy and of the signup text. We send a confirmation email through our email provider. We do not ask for a password, phone number, legal name, or financial information on the website. Waitlist contacts are kept apart from app logins. Joining the list does not create an app account.
App accounts
If you create an account in the app, we store the email, preferences, watchlists, simulated portfolio activity, and a notification token if you allow alerts. Face ID or device biometrics stay on the device. We do not store a Social Security number or tax ID in Bolsany. We do not collect precise location. Simulated balances are not real money.
Community
If you join The Arena, we store the profile you create, the notes you post, likes, follows, blocks, and reports. Posts are visible to other members according to the product. They are member content, not statements by Bolsany.
Bull
When you ask Bull a question, the question, recent turns in that conversation, and context from your simulated portfolio (such as holdings, watchlist, and first name if you saved one) are sent to xAI to produce the answer. Market data used in that answer may also come from our data providers. There is not a separate in-app permission screen before that send. Asking Bull is what triggers it.
Providers
We use Supabase to store account and waitlist data, Vercel to host the website and API, and Resend to send email when it is configured. Apple processes device and store data if you install the iOS app, under Apple’s policy. Market prices and company information can come from market-data providers. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not run advertising pixels or session replay on this website. A production brokerage account is not open. If identity data is ever required to open one, it would go to that broker and is not stored by Bolsany.
Retention and deletion
We keep a waitlist email until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or we no longer need it to contact you about the launch. Unsubscribing stops emails. It does not by itself delete the row. Email info@bolsany.com from that address to ask for deletion. In the app, Account → Delete account removes the login, alerts, share links, and community profile we store for that account. It does not unsubscribe a different waitlist email, and it does not close a live brokerage account, because none is open. Deleting the app from a phone does not delete the account on our servers. Server logs are kept no longer than 90 days.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from waitlist email with the link in those messages. You can delete an app account inside the app. Depending on where you live, including California, you can ask us to know, correct, or delete personal information, and to confirm we do not sell or share it. Email info@bolsany.com. We will not treat you worse for asking.
Children
Bolsany is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
